Dr. William J. Himm
I
graduated from the University of Michigan Dental
School in 1977. I spent a year treating patients in
a children's clinic in Jackson, Michigan and I have
been practicing in Livonia for the past 28 years. I
am a long time member of the Michigan Dental
Association, American Dental Association and the
Detroit District Dental Society.

I regularly attend continuing education classes to
improve my dental knowledge and skills. I like to
cater to cowards and I have often heard the comment
that I have gentle hands. It has been our dream to
practice together and we look forward to providing
dental services to you in a stable and comfortable
environment. |

Dr. Rebecca W. Himm
I
am a recent graduate of the University of Detroit
Mercy School of Dentistry and a third generation
dentist. It is very exciting to be a part of
this practice with my father, Dr. William Himm.
During dental school I maintained a high academic
average and graduated at the top of my class.
I was also awarded the Michigan Dental Associations
Scholarship for graduating students. I felt it
was important to become involved within the dental
community during my school years.

The UDM dental school encouraged
community service and thus provided us with
opportunities to work in Outreach programs. In
addition, I participated in the Give Kids a Smile
Day in 2005 and 2006 and in Crest Healthy Smiles.
I gained valuable experience in the field of
implantology and periodontology through elective
programs. Currently I am a member of the Michigan
Dental Association, American Dental Association,
Christian Medical and Dental Association and the
Academy of General Dentistry. I am looking forward
to meeting you. |
